Watertown city police charged Elizabeth A. Law, 25, of 423 Lincoln St., with petit larceny Thursday evening at Price Chopper, 1283 Arsenal St., for allegedly stealing $123.40 worth of merchandise from the store.

She is to appear in Watertown City Court.
