UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Andrew J. Peters, 21, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 12:46 p.m. Saturday on Main Street in the village of Massena.
