NORFOLK - A civilian’s complaint about an erractic driverled to an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge for a Massena woman Sunday.

St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Depatment deputies, with the assistance of Norwood Police, charged LindleyQ. Cook, 22, of 171 South Grasse River Road, Massena, with aggravated DWI Sunday following a traffic stop on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk. She was also ticketed for failure to keep right. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.22 percent, nearly three times the legal limit.

The blood alcohol content for a DWI charge in New York state is .08 percent. That count is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content if 0.18 percent of higher.

Cook was released on an appearance ticket for Norfolk Town Court.
