The state Department of Environmental Conservation will hold an Earth Day celebration from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today in the lobby of the Dulles State Office Building.

The free event will feature 20 exhibits, several giveaways and student activities, and is open to the public. The event is also scheduled to feature appearances by Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl.
