Jamie L. Watson, 33, of 25722 Route 12, No. 4, Pamelia, was charged Sunday with third-degree falsely reporting an incident and giving a false written statement.

State police said he told them that his car was stolen on a night when it was involved in a property damage accident. He was given an appearance for Pamelia Town Court.
