UNLAWFUL POSSESSION FIREWORKS - POTSDAM - Village police charged Matthew D. Donaldson, 25, of Potsdam, and Nathaniel C. Sachs, 25, of Potsdam with unlawful possession of fireworks at 2:32 a.m. Monday on Prospect Street. Police said they responded to a complaint fo possible gunshots fired in the downtown area and determined the two men had been setting off firecrackers.
