UNLAWFUL GROWING - MASSENA - Canton-based state police charged Daniel Besaw, 25, of Canton with unlawfully growing cannabis as part of an investigation into an incident reported at 10:35 a.m. April 30 from the town of Canton. Keith McCauley, 26, of Canton was previously charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with that incident, and LarissaM. Carlin, 21, of Canton was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Cuza L. Gales, 48, of Norfolk with fourth-degree criminal mischief for preventing an emergency call and second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute reported at 7:22 a.m. Tuesday from the town of Norfolk.
PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday on Keener Road at Pumpkill Hill Road in the town of Parishville. The vehicle was operated by Elizabeth L. Bronson, 27, of Hannawa Falls.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday on the Austin Ridge Road in the town of Potsdam. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Jennifer L. Phillips, 34, of Madrid and Kathleen M. Farmer, 61, of Norwood.
