PULASKI Dustin L. Butchino, 21, pleaded guilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court, Syracuse, to two counts of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
Mr. Butchino, whose last known address was 205 N. Fernwood Road, pleaded guilty to both counts of an indictment alleging that he possessed two 12-gauge shotguns during the summer of 2010 after previously having been convicted of a felony. Both guns had been stolen during residential burglaries in Oswego County.
He faces up to 10 years in federal prison and up to a $250,000 fine at sentencing Sept. 6.
