MACOMB An Ogdensburg man was charged Tuesday with two counts of third-degree burglary by state police. Jacob B. McDonald, 27, is accused of forcibly entering two seasonal residences in the town of Macomb in early March. Once inside the residences, he allegedly stole a 30-horsepower boat motor and copper piping. He was arraigned in the town of Morristown and taken to the St. Lawrence County jail with $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 bond.
