MASSENA - Charles F. Fahd, II, Massena Memorial Hospital chief executive officer, is pleased to announce that Brittany Rowe, registered respiratory therapist, has been selected as the MMH Employee of the Month.

Fahd said Rowe was nominated from her peers and division head for this great honor. Rene Barto, laboratory department medical technologist, nominated Brittany for her work as a great team player and her professionalism.

In her nomination, it states Brittany is a joy to work with she’s an excellent respiratory therapists and is always interested in enhancing her clinical skills. She has an upbeat attitude and adapts quickly to changes. She is absolutely a team player, both within the department and throughout the hospital.

Interesting Brittany was one of Massena Memorial Hospital’s Allied Health students when she was in high school. She went to Genesee Community College and received a degree in respiratory care and then returned to her home town and hospital to start her career.

Mr. Fahd said, “Brittany is a valued member of the Massena Memorial Hospital family and should be congratulated for all her hard work and dedication to the patients and Respiratory Therapy Department.”

She has worked at MMH for six years.

As the Massena Memorial Hospital Employee of the Quarter, Rowe receives employee of the month bouquet and gifts, along with a special designated parking spot in front of the hospital, and a special donation from the Massena Memorial Hospital Auxiliary of a gift shop gift certificate.
