CANTON — An Ogdensburg man was charged Wednesday by state police with felony first-degree criminal sexual act.

Cody A. Palmer, 20, is accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy whom he knew.

He was arraigned in Oswegatchie Town Court and taken to St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
