MENACING - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Darrin J. LaBar, 39, of St. Regis Falls with second-degree stalking, third-degree stalking and first-degree harassment stemming from an incident reported at 10:41 a.m. April 28 from the town of Moira. He was arraigned in local court, and bail was set at $500 cash.

PRISON CONTRABAND - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Rockne R. Cox, 28, of Brushton with possession of prison contraband, seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana Wednesday night. He was arraigned in local court and sent back to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $1,500 cash on the new charges.
