DISORDERLY CONDUCT -MASSENA - Village police charged Andrew Katura, 29, of 55 Liberty Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 11:15 a.m. Saturday. Police said they wee investigating a domestic dispute complaint at his residence when Katura returned to the scene, became unruly and ignored several requests from police to cease that behavior and urged officers to arrest him. He was released on an appearance ticket.

WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up William J. King Jr., 45, of Akwesasne on an arrest warrant from Franklin County. He was turned over to St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police. Police said they responded to a complaint that a male had left Massena Memorial Hospital and located King at the corner of Maple and Clary streets at 9:17 p.m. Friday.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Barbara G. Whitmarsh, 66, of Edwards for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:24 p.m. Friday on state Route 37.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Patricia Ann H. Peters, 34, of Hogansburg for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 5:57 p.m. Friday in the Harte Haven Shopping Plaza.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Cynthia L. Kellogg, 54, of Massena for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 1:25 p.m. Friday on Parker Avenue.
