FELONY DWI - BRASHER FALLS - Massena-based state police charged Robert A. Rule, 44, of North Bangor with a felony count of driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 1:46 a.m. Saturday on the Dullea Road in the town of Brasher. He was also charged with having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle on a public highway and ticketed for operation of a vehicle with inadequate mirrors and inadequate exhaust as well as a seat belt violation. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, troopers said.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:38 a.m. Saturday on state Route 420 near the Dullea Road in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by James A. McIntosh, 47, of Parishville.
DWI - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Warren N. Irwin, 48, of North Lawrence with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 11:40 p.m. Friday on starte Route 11C in the town of Lawrence. He was also ticketed for failure to keep right.
DWI - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged David S. Stutzman, 25, of Chateaugay with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:24 a.m. Saturday on state Route 122 in the town of Constable. He was also ticketed for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police said Patricia C. Barnes, 47, of Hogansburg struck a parked vehicle at 2:24 a.m. Saturday on state Route 30 near Prospect Street in Malone.
