ALEXANDRIA BAY — The sale price of the Bonnie Castle Manor and Marina properties was about $2.7 million, according to documents filed in the Jefferson County clerk’s office.

Bonnie Castle Holdings LLC acquired the 31 Holland St. hotel and marina from Bonnie Castle Yacht Basin Inc. on Thursday. The managing member of Bonnie Castle Holdings is Cindy M. Fiacco-Lozo, Rochester, while her husband, Robert M. Lozo, is listed as a member, as is her sister, Cathy Fiacco-Garlock, and her husband, Craig S. Garlock, both of Alexandria Bay.

The property’s previous owner was Donald E. Cole.
