AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged David T. Sharlow, 43, of North Lawrence with second-degree aggravated harassment Saturday afternoon. Troopers said the charge stemmed from a complaint reported at 4:02 p.m. Friday from the town of Waverly.

UNAUTHORIZED USE - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged two juvenile females - ages 13 and 11 - with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (without consent) at 5:40 a.m. Sunday after the vehicle had been located at 545 Constable Burke Town Line Road in the town of Constable. Troopers said they had recieved the complaint at 4:47 a.m. Sunday from the town of Constable.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police said Peter A. Timmons, 50, of Fort Covington was involved in a property damage accident at 7:07 a.m. Saturday on state Route 37 near the Foy-Eldred Road in the town of Fort Covington.
