DEXTER — Thomas J. Russell, 32, of 17120 County Route 53, was charged by state police on Saturday with criminal trespass and criminal contempt.

Police said Mr. Russell ignored an order of protection by going to his unidentified ex-wife’s house without her permission. He was given an appearance ticket for Lorraine Town Court.
