Marquis M. Dawkins, 23, of 1212 Superior St., D-13, was charged Saturday by Watertown police with disorderly conduct.

Police said he disrupted traffic by standing in the middle of the 600 block of State Street and throwing a cup at a passing car.

He was released on his own recognizance and ordered to appear in City Court.
