DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Joseph F. Albiker, 21, of Warners with disorderly conduct- obstructing traffic at 12:25a.m. Sunday on Raymond Street. Police said Albiker jumped out in front of a patrol car traveling down Raymond Street.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Tiffany M. Lynch, 21, of Winthrop for following too closely following an accident at 11:06 a.m. Saturday in the Save A Lot parking lot. Police said Ms. Lynch rear ended a vehicle being operated by Phillip Trimm, 63 of Potsdam.A passenger in Mr. Trimm’s vehicle, Linda Trimm , 57, also of Potsdam, sought treatment for head and neck pain at the Canton Potsdam Hospital Emergency Room.

0247 Report of a female yelling on Main Street in front of the Clarkson Inn.

0415 Assisted a student getting back to his dorm at Clarkson University.

0845 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call in Norwood.

1000 Property found in Ives Park and turned in to the police department. Owner notified and property returned.

1030 Equipment inspection completed for NYSP summons issued to South Colton resident returnable to Norfolk Town Court.

1106 Patrol dispatched to and investigated a motor vehicle accident in the Save-A-Lot plaza. Tiffany Lynch was ticketed for following too closely after she rear ended a vehicle being operated by Phillip Trimm, 63 of Potsdam.

1248 Caller reports a small child running on the sidewalk in the vicinity of Leroy and Lawrence Avenue and no adult in sight. Patrol responded and arrived within moments of the call but observed no child in the area unsupervised.

1534 Traffic stop initiated on Maple Street and verbal warning issued to operator for cell phone usage.

1604 Patrols dispatched to assist with traffic control at each end of Sandstone Drive for inbound rescue squad.

2341 Patrol assisted the Sheriff’s Office with locating a wanted person on the Sissonville Road.
