STOLEN PROPERTY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Daniel A. Zera, 31, of Massena with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, possession of burglar tools and trespassing at 6:33 p.m. Monday on the Hall Road.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Keshon L. Guyette, 16, of Winthrop with petit larcny at 11:45 p.m. Monday in the town of Stockholm.

TWO VEHICLE CRASH - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident at 1:31 p.m. Monday on Lincoln Avenue at Ogden Street in the village of Waddington. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Francis M. Davey, 52, of Norwood and Shawn A. Leonard, 50, of Waddington.

CRIMINAL OBSTRUCTION BREATHING - COLTON - Canton-based state police Jeffrey D. Hamilton, 19, of Colton with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment following a dispute reported at 12:45 a.m. Sunday from the town of Colton.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged William P. Rochefort, 17, of Massena with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 4:30 p.m. Saturday on Somerset Avenue in the village of Massena.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police said Michael A. Foster, 46, of Massena was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:16 a.m. Monday on County Route 37 near the Taylor Road in the town of Massena.
