UNSAFE LANE CHANGE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Derek C. Stevenson, 45, of Norwood for moving from lane unsafely following an accident at 2:24 p.m. Monday on Market Street. He struck a motorcycle being operated by Morris Fifield, 20, of Colton.
