DWI - BOMBAY - Massena-based state police charged David J. Sawatis, 39, of Fort Covington Center with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 2 in the town of Bombay. Troopers also ticketed Sawaits for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to signal a turn, speeding and for having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle on a public highway.

GRAND LARCENY - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police charged Keshon L. Guyette, 16, of Winthrop with fourth-degree grand larceny - phone service Tuesday night. She had been charged with petit larceny Monda night.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police said Megan E. LaBier, 26, of Winthrop was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 8:33 p.m. Tuesday on Route 11 near County Route 47 in the town of Stockholm.
