AGGRAVATED DWI - EDWARDS - Gouverneur-based state police charged Terry P. Holly, 45, of Edwards with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for inadequate head lamps lights Tuesday in the town of Edwards.

Holly reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.33 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes a driving while intoxicated charge in New York state.
