Lisa J. Lacey, 34, of 25383 Virginia Smith Drive, Calcium, was arrested by state police at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated on Route 11 in the town of LeRay.

She is also cited with refusal to submit to a breath test and crossing hazard markings.

Ms. Lacey is charged with a felony because she was convicted of DWI in August 2009 in Watertown City Court. She paid fines and court fees totaling $895 as a result of that conviction, according to the court.
