Natosha S. Butts, 23, of 168 High St., was charged by Watertown police early Wednesday morning with harassment, and is summoned to City Court.

In an incident at her residence on the afternoon of April 22, she is accused of punching BobbiJo Wilson, 22, Glens Falls, in the face several times, according to a police document.
