Ashley J. Parody, 28, of 205 Stuart St., Apt. 3, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Academy Street.

City police said she stood in a driveway and shouted at a resident inside 320 Academy St., disturbing neighbors. She ignored orders to quiet down, police said.
