MASSENA - The opening reception for the Massena Artists Association’s Spring Art Exhibit will be held at the Massena Public Library at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

This is MAA’s fourth annual open art exhibit. This means that the exhibit is open to all artists, all media, and all subjects. Anyone who has created artwork of any kind that they’d like to show the community was invited to submit their work. This is not a juried show – all submitted works will be exhibited.

Guests at the reception will be asked to vote for their favorite piece. Library patrons will also be able to vote during the first week of the exhibit. People’s Choice Awards will be awarded to the works with the most votes at the end of the first week. The exhibit will remain on display through May 25. Artists may pick up their work at any time on Saturday, May 26.

The public is invited to attend the reception. Refreshments will be served.
