Al-Tawan R. Alston, 22, of 435 S. Hycliff Drive, Apt. 608-C, was arrested Wednesday night by city police after he allegedly held a woman on the floor in a residence on Michigan Avenue.

He is charged with unlawful imprisonment.

The victim in the 7 p.m. incident at 256 Michigan Ave., Donyna L. Boyd, apartment 402-B, was listed by police as his wife.
