OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachary A. Baldwin, 18, of Fort Jackson with an open container violation at 12:14 a.m. Friday on Pierrepont Avenue.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Deshaun A. Evans, 19, of Potsdam with disorderly conduct at 2:05 a.m. Friday on Market Street after he was observed rolling around in the street in front of McDuff’s and began shouting obscenities when police officers made contact with him.

FALSE PERSONATION - Village police charged Ifeoma B. Anagboso, 21, of Bronx and Brooke I. Clare, 22, of Brooklyn with false personation at 2:52a.m. Friday at Riverside Apartments on Clarkson Avenue. Police said Anagboso and Clare provided police with false names while they were investigating an assault.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kyle D. Hawley, 22, of Barrytown for failure to yield right of way to pedestrian in crosswalk and a license restriction violation at 10:44 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Main Street. Police said Hawley was violation a condition on his restricted license.

0110 Patrols responded to a complaint of a subject who entered the passenger side of a vehicle occupied by a driver and then exited the vehicle a few seconds later. Victim declined prosecution.

0150 Attempted petit larceny at Little Italy.

0150 Assault at La Casbah.

1223 Patrol completed DNA collection following a misdemeanor conviction.

1328 Potsdam Rescue was dispatched to Norwood for a female who has fallen and has arm and shoulder pain.

1241 A temporary handicapped parking permit was issued to a village resident.

1335 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Leroy Street. The operator was issued a verbal warning.

1444 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Canton Drive. The operator was issued a verbal warning.

1508 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to SUNY Potsdam Student Health Center for a female with abdominal pain.

1540 Report of a vehicle passing a stopped school bus on Pine Street. Investigation continues.

1541 Report of a two car property damage accident at the intersection of Leroy Street and May Road. Patrol responded and did not observe any vehicles in the vicinity. Spoke with pedestrians who deny seeing any vehicle accidents.

1721 Patrols assisted a disabled vehicle on Maple Street.

1733 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Norwood for a female who is weak.

1844 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue. The operator was issued a verbal warning.

2006 Received report of a lost dog.

2058 Received a report of several subjects trespassing at a residence on Broad Street. Patrols responded. Investigation continues.

2128 Traffic stop on May Road. Verbal warning issued.

2136 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

2138 Traffic stop on Clarkson Avenue. Verbal warning issued.

2244 Traffic stop in Main Street parking lot. Ticket issued.

2317 Traffic stop in the Prosh Lot. Verbal warning issued.

2334 Officer observed a subject with an open container on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.
