POTSDAM — A SUNY Potsdam student was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, on Friday stemming from several theft incidents that occurred from April to May at the Walmart Supercenter, Route 11, where he was employed.

St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies alleged that Jonathan Guerrero, 20, Bronx, stole approximately $1,800 in merchandise during that period.

He was arraigned in Town Court and sent to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,500 bail.
