PHILADELPHIA — Stephanie E. Cunningham, 24, of 34313 Holkins Road, was charged by state police on Thursday with issuing a falsely written statement to police during a domestic incident.

Ms. Cunningham is accused of telling police that she had not invited an unidentified person to her house when she had. She was given an appearance ticket for Philadelphia Town Court.
