Michele M. Keith 41, of 1420 Jay St., was arrested Friday at 3:13 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, Ogdensburg police reported.

Colin T. LaJoy, 18, of 514 Hasbrouck St., was arrested Thursday at 11 p.m. for fourth-degree criminal mischief, city police said, stemming from a domestic incident with his mother, Stacy L. LaJoy, 36, same address. He was released to probation supervision and told to abide by a no-harassment order of protection for his mother.

Judy L. Francis, 53, of 1105 Congress St., was arrested Thursday at 6:35 p.m. by city police for driving while ability impaired by drugs following a property damage accident in the 200 block of Jersey Avenue. No details were available. She is due in city court on Monday.
