LOWVILLE Alex Clark belted a two-run home run in the sixth inning on Friday as Lowville defeated Altmar-Parish-Williamstown 6-4 to capture the Frontier League B Division baseball title.
Clark finished with three hits and drove in three runs for the Red Raiders (14-1, 11-1). Jordan Arthur contributed the go-ahead two-run single in the fifth.
Skylar Wheeler had three hits, including a double, for the Rebels (4-9, 3-8).
CARTHAGE 8, INDIAN RIVER 1
Tony Bobkoskie drove in five runs on a home run and two doubles as the Comets coasted to an A Division win over Warriors in Carthage.
Bobkoskie also pitched a complete game for Carthage (5-10).
Brady Bombard went 2-for-3 for Indian River (3-6, 2-6).
BEAVER RIVER 3, SANDY CREEK 2 (9)
Evan Lyndaker recorded three hits and drove in two runs as the Beavers beat the host Comets in the completion of a C Division game that was suspended on March 29.
Brandon Widrick stole two bases and scored twice for Beaver River (8-4).
Troy Swarthout and Jared Soule provided hits for Sandy Creek (7-7).
COPENHAGEN 14, LYME 4
Logan Marolf struck out nine in the first four innings and drove in two runs on two hits to lead the Golden Knights to a D Division victory at Chaumont.
Brandon Selley added a two-run double for Copenhagen (8-6), which finished the regular season in second place.
Kody Goutremout supplied a two-run single for Lyme (2-9).
ALEXANDRIA 6, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 4
Gannon Beach drove in two runs with a double to help lift the Purple Ghosts (4-8) to a D Division victory at Alexandria Bay.
Tom Leen supplied two hits, including a double, for Belleville Henderson (3-9).
SACKETS HARBOR 15, LAFARGEVILLE 1
Freshman Ryan Allen struck out 11 and had a pair of hits as the Patriots blasted the Red Knights in Sackets Harbor.
Cameron Allen also contributed three hits for Sackets Harbor (12-2).
Wayne Aldrich and Zach Baugh each had a hit for LaFargeville (1-12, 1-11).
