POTSDAM - Potsdam Village Police ticketed Kyle D. Hawley, 22, of Barrytown for failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and a license restriction violation following a traffic stop at 10:44 p.m. Friday on Main Street. Police said he failed to stop for a pedestrian in the crosswalk on Main Street and was also found to be operating on a restricted license. He was issued an appearance ticket for May 23 in Potsdam Village Court.
