POTSDAM - Potsdam Village Police charged Zachary A. Baldwin, 18, of Fort Jackson with an open container violation at 12:14 a.m. Friday on Pierrepont Avenue. Police said he was observed walking on Pierrepont Avenue with an open container. He was issued an appearance ticket for May 23 in Potsdam Village Court.
