OGDENSBURG - Ogdensburg-based state police charged David M. Bracy, 45, of Ogdensburg with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 1:05 a.m. Saturday in the city. Mr. Bracy, who police said had a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent, was also ticketed for failure to stop for a stop sign and unsafe turn/failure to signal. He was released on an appearance ticket.
