GOUVERNEUR - Gouverneur-based state police charged Tanner M. Oriley, 24, of Gouverneur with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana at 10:30 p.m. Friday on state Route 11, DeKalb, after he was allegedly found in possession of less than two ounces of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.
