POTSDAM - Potsdam Village Police charged two women with false personation at 2:52 a.m. Friday at Riverside Apartments, Clarkson Avenue, after they allegedly gave police false names while they were investigating an assault. Ifeoma B. Anagboso, 21, of Bronx and Brooke I. Clare, 22, of Brooklyn were released on appearance tickets for Wednesday in Potsdam Village Court.
