DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachariah P. Iverson, 23, of Warner, N.H., with disorderly conduct - obstructing traffic at 12:40 a.m. Sunday on Market Street. Police said officers observed Iverson throwing an object into Market Street that obstructed traffic.
SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jacqueline F. Woolley, 51, of Hudson, N.H., for speed in zone (50/30_following a traffic stop at 11:23 a.m. Sunday on Lawrence Avenue.
