DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachariah P. Iverson, 23, of Warner, N.H., with disorderly conduct - obstructing traffic at 12:40 a.m. Sunday on Market Street. Police said officers observed Iverson throwing an object into Market Street that obstructed traffic.



SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jacqueline F. Woolley, 51, of Hudson, N.H., for speed in zone (50/30_following a traffic stop at 11:23 a.m. Sunday on Lawrence Avenue.

0123 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

0127 Officer responded to a duress alarm at Lawrence Avenue Apartments.

0228 Officer observed an altercation on Elm Street. Parties were separated without incident.

0240 Received a stolen property complaint

0327 Received a report of a possible intoxicated driver on Elm Street. Subject was found not to be intoxicated.

0907 Report of a hit and run accident that occurred on Elm Street causing damage to a parked vehicle.

1117 A black clutch wallet was turned in. A message was left for the owner to retrieve her property.

1123 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.

1213 Fingerprints completed for a student who is applying for a Belgium Visa.

1518 Patrol responded to report of a male who has fallen at Midtown Apartments, is not injured, requires assistance in getting up.

1532 A female reports that she was drugged while at a downtown Potsdam bar.Investigation continues.

1746 Patrol responded to Aubuchon Mall for report of an unknown alarm activation. Patrol on scene, requests Potsdam Fire Department respond for a carbon monoxide detector activation in one of the offices.

1959 Received a report of a dog at large.

2148 Traffic stop on Cottage Street. Verbal warning issued.

2206 Received a report of a possible intoxicated driver coming toward the village from HannawaFalls. Traffic stop was initiated and the operator was found not to be intoxicated.

2216 Received an aggravated harassment complaint.

2346 Received a report of an open fire on Poplar Street. Officer responded.
