MASSENA - Massena Village Police charged Edward J. Slade, 21, of 349 County Route 49, Massena, with three counts of first-degree forgery, three counts of petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 7:35 p.m. Saturday. He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and send to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 secured bond.
