MASSENA - Massena Village Police picked up Darrell P. Dodd, 28, of 30 Cornell Ave., Massena, at 8:32 a.m. Friday on a warrant for petit larceny. He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and sent to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,000 cash bail or secure bond.
