MASSENA - Massena Village Police charged Jeffrey W. Stone, 57, of 187 Jefferson Ave., Massena, with resisting arrest and second-degree harassment at 8:55 p.m. Saturday on Jefferson Avenue. He was arraigned by Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released on $500 cash bail. No further information was available from police.
