ELLISBURG — An Adams man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 4:30 p.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of Ellisburg.

State police said Lance A. Brown, 72, was driving north when he apparently passed out, causing his vehicle to go off the road and hit a guide rail and a tree.

He was taken by ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, for treatment of chest pain.

An investigation into the crash continues, police said.
