NORFOLK — State police charged Tara L. Wilson, 32, of Norfolk with two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment at 8:30 a.m. Saturday after she allegedly placed hundreds of unwanted phone calls to her estranged husband, some of them threatening him and his new girlfriend. She was released on an appearance ticket for Town Court.
