■ HD Auto Detailing is slated to open at 23339 Route 12 in Pamelia by June 1. Owner Scott M. Foley of Watertown, who also owns SMF Construction, has acquired approval from the Pamelia Planning Board. The 3,000-square-foot shop will offering detailing, waxing and cleaning for vehicles.
