A Watertown woman was cited Sunday by state police with aggravated harassment for an alleged telephone threat to another woman.

Nicole M. MacGregor, 37, of 518 W. Main St., is summoned to town of Cape Vincent Court to answer to a complaint filed by Carol Varney, Cape Vincent. Ms. MacGregor is accused to threatening to punch Ms. Varney in the face, police said.
