CLAYTON By getting in line at an ice cream stand here, a village man violated a teenage girls order of protection Monday, state police allege.
John P. Kane, 18, of 15870 County Route 5, is charged with second-degree criminal contempt, and is summoned to appear in town of Clayton Court.
Police said the girl, 17, was in line ahead of him. He was charged in January with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
