BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police said Melvin R. Huff Jr., 38, of West Stockholm was picked up on a bench warrant Wednesday evening when he turned himself in at the police station. The warrant alleged Huff had failed to appear as directed on a third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle count. He was arraigned by Acting Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear before Judge Crandall on May 23.
