ASSAULT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Brandy L. Burkum, 32, of Norfolk with assault wuth intent to cause injury with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following a complaint received at 1:23 p.m. Friday from the town of Norfolk. Burkum was released on an appearance ticket.

ASSAULT - MASSENA - Massena-based stater police charged Terry J. Hanna, 21, of Massena with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child Friday evening. Troopers said the charges stemmed from an investigation into an incident reported at 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Joseph D. Mitchell, 16, of Louisville with criminal mischief, second-degree obstruction of government administration and resisting arrest following an incident reported at 10:37 p.m. Friday from the town of Louisville. Troopers said he was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Stephan M. Robinson, 25, of Antwerp with second-degree aggravated harassment Friday evening following an investigation into an incident reported at 4 p.m. May 15 from the town of Waddington.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Christopher J. Lennox and Brandon T. Patenaude, both 21 of Henniker, N.H., with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 12:15 a.m. Saturday in the village of Massena.

DWI - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Michelle L. Feimann, 39, of Constable with driving while intoxicated following a stop at 10:36 p.m. Friday in the town of Constable.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police charged Randy L. Parker, 18, of St. Regis Falls with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at 1 p.m. Friday in the town of Dickinson.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - FORT COVINGTON - Massena-based state police said Seth D. Mulverhill, 18, Moira was involved in a property damage accident at 3:18 a.m. Saturday on County Route 3 near Griffin Road in the town of Fort Covington.
