DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Stevenson M. Deshane, 35, of 245 Center St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 2:54 a.m. Saturday. Police said Deshane refused requests to lreave the area when he was attempting to provoke an altercation with another individual.

DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Jessica S. Stowell, 31, of 91 Maple St., Massena, with driving while intoxicated following a property damage accident at 6:02 p.m. Friday on Willow Street.
